Nop Pharmacy ("we", "us", "our") operates the pharmacy management platform and is committed to protecting the privacy of the pharmacies and individuals that use it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you register and use the platform we collect:

• Account information — pharmacy name, address, phone, email, and the administrator's name and email.
• Business data — products, stock levels, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, expenses and accounting records that you enter into the platform.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected for security, diagnostics and audit purposes.
• Payment details — bKash transaction numbers used to verify subscription payments. We do not store card or wallet credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain and secure the platform and its features.
• Process subscription payments and manage your billing plan.
• Maintain an immutable audit trail of security-relevant events (logins, price overrides, sales cancellations, plan changes).
• Send service and billing communications relevant to your account.
• Comply with legal obligations in Bangladesh.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with (a) service providers who help operate the platform under confidentiality obligations (e.g. hosting, backups), (b) authorities where required by law, and (c) your own staff whom you authorize within the platform.
