Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the pharmacy management platform operated by Nop Pharmacy. By registering an account you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

We provide a cloud-based pharmacy management solution including point-of-sale, inventory, purchasing, accounting and subscription management. We may update, add or remove features, and will make reasonable effort to notify you of material changes.

2. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Registration includes a free trial period of 14 days with full Professional features, after which the plan continues per the current pricing unless changed.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed on the subscription cycle shown in your account; subscription fees are payable in advance.
• Payments are verified via the bKash transaction number you provide. Unpaid or lapsed subscriptions may be suspended.
• You may change plans; upgrades or downgrades are applied with proration as described in the Manage Subscription page.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the business data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process and back it up solely to provide the service. We treat your data as confidential and do not sell it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach security, access another tenant's data, upload malicious code, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Availability & Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination you should export your data before your account is closed.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. The current version is always shown here. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
